References to scholarly works are provided and commentary is provided. It is proven that litotes, often found in oral speech, is also found in proverbs. It is argued that this phenomenon is related to hyperbole, meiosis, and antenatiosis. It is also determined that litotes has a euphemistic, metaphorical, and synecdochic nature. The study, based on the opinions of scholars, described the boundaries of these phenomena, identifying their general and specific aspects. Descriptive, classificatory, comparative, and contrastive methods were used in the study. Scientific sources were consulted. The subject of the study is proverbs, and the task is to examine the relationship between litotes and related phenomena based on the proverbs in which they appear. The scientific conclusions are consistent with the results obtained and are presented in the table. It explains, from a scientific perspective, how features such as lexical normalization, semantic neutrality, repetitiveness, stylistic smoothness, discursive uniformity, and semantic safety arise in AI-generated texts due to the use of Transformer architectures, probabilistic language models, and statistical generation mechanisms. Differences between AI-generated texts and human speech are examined using examples from English and Uzbek, with particular attention to human cognitive creativity, context-building ability, cultural implicatures, and emotional intonation. Drawing on classical models of knowledge representation, the author conceptualizes knowledge as a system of interconnected concepts formed through various channels of experience and represented by linguistic and extralinguistic means. Particular attention is given to the literary text as a space where multiple semiotic systems interact. Using J. D. The findings indicate that in Uzbek and Karakalpak translations, statements are adjusted through politeness, indirectness, and respect categories, whereas in Russian translations, the direct tone of the English statements is largely preserved. Furthermore, the article examines the transformation of illocutionary force, discourse markers, and cultural realia, the adaptation to cultural context, and strategies that determine translation quality.
