В данной статье анализируются правовые основы укрепления института семьи в Узбекистане. Рассматриваются законодательные нормы, регулирующие семейные отношения, тенденции их развития, международный опыт и влияние национальных ментальных особенностей. Оценивается эффективность существующих правовых механизмов, направленных на поддержку и укрепление института семьи, а также предлагаются пути их совершенствования.
