This article focuses on the context and semantic aspects of the use of English loanwords used in Uzbek political discourse. Each English political term is explained with the help of examples. Special consideration is given to the contexts of use, historical etymology, and ethnolinguistic aspects of such loanwords as holocaust, caucus marathon, and primaries in English political discourse.
