Abstract

This scientific article explores how conflict and psychology, particularly internal struggles, are depicted in literature. Additionally, it analyzes the concept of conflict from the perspective of internal contradictions in human psychology. The study examines how and when conflicts are employed to reveal the inner worlds of characters in the works of American and Uzbek writers. It also highlights the role of conflict as a key tool in portraying the complexity of human psychology and its importance in addressing the challenges characters encounter in their development. The research draws on examples from modern literature, analyzing the portrayal of internal struggles from the writer's perspective.
