Abstract

This scientific article discusses some ethical aspects of the conduct of the parties in international commercial arbitration. In particular, such actions of the parties as abuse of their procedural rights, the negative property of these actions, and the corresponding proposal to give an ethical (moral) basis to many actions of participants in arbitration proceedings are considered. The purpose of the scientific article is to reveal some issues of the application of moral norms in international commercial arbitration, to describe the actions of participants in this arbitration, to analyze some problems in this part. It should be noted the relevance of the study, which consists in the fact that the bulk of scientific research does not describe the ethical norms of the international arbitration process, and this process remains poorly disclosed at the moment. The methodology of the scientific article covers the application of methods of scientific analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction and generalization of scientific material. The results of the work in the scientific article will be expressed in the form of conclusions. The scope of application of the results is international commercial arbitration, the current rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The final conclusion will be the formulation of conclusions and some suggestions for correcting the highlighted problems.
