Abstract

This article analyzes some issues of further improvement of the proceedings in cases of administrative responsibility. The author put forward suggestions and recommendations for further improvement of production on cases of administrative responsibility, establishment of production stages on affairs about administrative offences, the improvement of the framework of application of measures of maintenance of manufacture on affairs about administrative offences, the completeness and clarity of definition of legal status of persons participating in manufacture on affairs about administrative offences, in rehabilitation practice, administration and implementation of institutes of private prosecution.
