Abstract

The aspects of language skills that teachers need to master, the legal basis for them, and their educational significance are mentioned in the article. The possibilities of a teacher who knows a foreign language, especially English, are explained by the perfectionism of the knowledge and skills that the student can give, and the magnitude of the innovative impact on education.
