The article examines the role of linguosemiotic analysis in the process of translating texts. Lingvosemiotics, as an interdisciplinary field, combines linguistics and semiotics to study sign systems and their use in language and communication. Particular attention is paid to the basic concepts of linguosemiotics, including the concepts of sign, code, context, interpretation and meaning. The author emphasizes the importance of linguosemiotic analysis to ensure the accuracy and adequacy of the translation, which helps to avoid literal translation and preserve the cultural and stylistic features of the source text. Examples of the successful application of linguosemiotic analysis in the translation of metaphors, idioms and culturally significant texts illustrate its practical significance. The challenges that translators face when using this approach are also discussed and solutions are proposed to overcome them. In conclusion, it is emphasized that linguosemiotic analysis is an important tool for improving the quality of translations.
