This article is dedicated to the analysis of modern methods and approaches used in teaching the Turkish language to Uzbek students. The linguistic similarities between Turkish and Uzbek, as well as their phonetic, grammatical, and lexical differences, are examined as key aspects of the educational process. The article discusses the advantages and practical applications of innovative methods such as the communicative approach, the use of digital technologies, and project-based learning. Mobile applications, online platforms, and multimedia resources play a significant role in making language learning effective and engaging. Additionally, specific approaches tailored for Uzbek students, such as focusing on cultural context and leveraging linguistic similarities, are proposed. The article opens new opportunities for the development of Turkish language education and outlines directions for future research. This work aims to contribute to the improvement of foreign language teaching methodologies in Uzbekistan.
