Abstract

The article contains the concept of language and speech, types of speech, the art of speech, forms of speech, communicative qualities of speech, artistic speech, pronunciation, spelling and grammatical norms, linguistic norms, certain requirements for speech, legal terms, spelling (orthographic) norms, phonetic writing rule, morphological writing rule, legal language and grammatical norm, the current concept of political linguistics are discussed.
