Toponyms, as well as phraseological and paremiological units, are important linguocultural elements that illuminate the interplay between language and culture. This article explores the role of toponyms within phraseological and paremiological units, examining their semantic and pragmatic features and their function in reflecting national culture. Through a comparative analysis of these units in Chinese and Uzbek, the study reveals how cultural values are expressed through linguistic means. The findings hold theoretical and practical significance for linguistic and cultural studies researchers.
