Abstract

This article explores the genetic layers of artificial intelligence terminology, focusing on the origin, evolution, and structural characteristics of terms used in the AI field. It examines the influence of source languages, borrowing processes, and neologism formation. The study also highlights how various linguistic strata contribute to the current terminology system of artificial intelligence in the Uzbek language, emphasizing the interaction between global scientific discourse and national linguistic identity
