Abstract

This article focuses on revealing the lexical-semantic features and morphological formation characteristics of terminological collocations related to real estate activities in English and Uzbek languages. Furthermore, the study classifies the terms used in real estate activities in both languages based on their usage aspects and develops percentage ratios accordingly.
