This article presents a comparative analysis of artificial intelligence terminology in English and Uzbek using corpus linguistics methods. Based on large language corpora, the semantic, lexical, and contextual features of terms are studied, and similarities and differences between the two languages are analyzed. The findings can be effectively applied in scientific research, translation processes, and the development of terminological dictionaries.
