Abstract

This article examines a crucial aspect of organizing the educational process: the formation of an effective teaching methodology that takes into account the unique needs and abilities of each learner. The importance of an individualized approach in pedagogical activities is emphasized, which involves selecting appropriate educational materials based on students' preparedness levels, interests, and learning styles, as well as organizing lessons using various learning methods. The study highlights how this approach can enhance learners' motivation, promote deep assimilation of knowledge, and improve overall learning outcomes. Additionally, the article analyzes the use of modern educational technologies and practical methods of differentiated instruction.
