В данной статье анализируются вопросы имплементации международно-правовых норм в национальное законодательство Узбекистана для борьбы с киберпреступлениями против детей. Исследование рассматривает конституционные принципы, международные договоры и специальные нормативно-правовые акты, направленные на защиту детей в цифровой среде. Критически оцениваются законы о гарантиях прав ребенка, защите детей от вредной информации и защите от всех форм насилия. Исследование показывает, что хотя Узбекистан создал законодательную базу, соответствующую международным стандартам, существуют серьезные недостатки в борьбе с трансграничными киберпреступлениями, сохранении цифровых доказательств и международном сотрудничестве. Действующие нормы недостаточны для противодействия современным киберпреступлениям, таким как кибергруминг, кибербуллинг и эксплуатация через прямые трансляции. Статья представляет практические рекомендации по совершенствованию законодательства, механизмов международного сотрудничества, цифровых криминалистических методов и повышению институционального потенциала.
