CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING OF THE SUBJECT OF PERSONAL DATA

 The user, filling out the feedback form on www.inscience.uz platform, as well as filling out an application for publication of scientific article on specified platform, accepts this Consent to personal data processing (hereinafter - the Consent). Acting freely, of his own free will and in his interest, as well as confirming his legal capacity, the User gives his consent to LLC "in Science", TIN 307595007 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) to process his personal data on the following conditions:

 

1. This Consent is given to personal data processing without using automation tools and with their use.

2. By giving consent the User confirms that he is familiar with the Personal Data Processing Policy: inscience.uz

3. Consent is given to processing of the following personal data:

  • Full Name;
  • postal address, email address, telephone number;
  • information about education;
  • information about scientific rank and scientific degree;
  • information about the place of work and work status.

4. The user agrees that the following personal data will be publicly available:

  • full name;
  • information about scientific rank and scientific degree;
  • information about the place of work and work status.
  • Personal data specified in this clause are used in publishing the Work (scientific article) on www.inscience.uz website. 

5. The purpose of personal data processing is:

- to use the User's personal data in order to send him the Operator's proposals, information and advertising messages about the Operator's services, organizing mailing lists, sending messages via telephone and e-mail to the User's address;

- to provide the User with information related to fulfillment of contract terms between the User and LLC "in Science" by sending messages via telephone and e-mail to the User's address, as well as making phone calls to the User.

- to carry out storage and processing in various databases and information systems, including them in analytical and statistical reports;

-to use in publishing the Work (scientific article) on www.inscience.uz platform;

- for other purposes to fulfill terms of Offer posted on https://www.inscience.uz/puboferta

6. In course of personal data processing the following steps will be made: collection, storage, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement, use, blocking, anonymization, dissemination, including, transfer to the third parties, destruction of personal data

7. Consent can be revoked by the subject of personal data or his representative by sending an application for revoking consent to personal data processing by e-mail: info@inscience.uz 

8. If the subject of personal data or his representative revokes consent to the personal data processing LLC "in Science" has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data if there are grounds provided for by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 2, 2019 № LPU-547 "On personal data" .

9. This consent is valid all time until termination of personal data processing on the basis specified in clause 6 of this Consent.
