Abstract

This article analyzes some legal aspects of openness and public control, which are one of the most important factors in ensuring democracy and fighting corruption.

The article also contains proposals and conclusions on ensuring the openness of the activities of state bodies and organizations, the effective implementation of public control.

The authors came to the conclusion that openness and public control remain one of the most necessary and effective tools for combating corruption, which were confirmed in the article.
