Various aspects of the institution of citizenship from the concepts of a person and personality have been identified. Based on the concept of citizenship, it became clear that the state and the individual enter into relations through mutual rights and obligations. In accordance with international principles and standards established on the basis of international legal documents, it was determined that the institution of citizenship strengthens the legal status of a person from the point of view of the constitution. assessed the impact of the international trend of reducing statelessness as an integral part of human rights on expanding human access to rights and freedoms.
