Abstract

Based on the provisions of the norms of international legislation, the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and a number of laws, some procedural features of the interrogation of the juvenile suspect, the accused, witness and the defendant are considered. Such features are participation in interrogation of a minor teacher, as well as a challenge if necessary to participate in the interrogation of minors of victims and witnesses of their legal representatives, which can with the permission of the presidency to ask questions to the questioned.

The peculiarities of the investigation and consideration of the cases of the specified category are identified, it was concluded that in the production of criminal cases against minors, it is not always fully used opportunities to ensure their rights and legitimate interests. In conclusion, proposals are formulated to improve criminal legislation in the field of interrogation of a minor.
