Formation of legal nihilism among young people as a social threat in the environment of the New Uzbekistan

This article describes the process of formation of Uzbek statehood. The process of modernization of the political, economic, spiritual and organizational foundations of modern society. The desire of society to embark on the path of free democratic development. Where the individual, his rights and dignity are recognized as the highest value. The growing number of legal nihilism among young people is reflected, not only in distrust of existing laws and the rule of law, but also reflected in the introduction of a new spirit into the national legal system, elements of human rights that undermine national values. The authors studying legal nihilism note that legal nihilism has a complex character and various forms of its manifestation. The spread of a nihilistic attitude to law among citizens, when forming a rule of law, is assessed as a serious ideological threat to this process. And its influence on the spiritual and moral values of society was revealed.
