Organizational and legal aspects of the development of digitalization in the sphere of justice: trends and prospects

This article examines the legislative, administrative, legal, technical and expert aspects of the development of digitalization in the justice sector, the experience of developed countries, including the EU and the United States, existing opportunities and current trends, the prospects for digitalization of various areas of activity of bodies and institutions of justice. In particular, the author noted the positive dynamics in the development of digitalization of public administration in Uzbekistan, and emphasizes the role of the Ministry of Justice in increasing transparency and transparency in the provision of services to the population. Following the discussion of the problems and prospects of digitalization in the republic, the authors presented proposals and recommendations on the main directions of development of the sphere of justice.
