In this article, the research was aimed at improving the effectiveness of the development of grammatical competence of the English language in students of grades 9-11.
The recommendations developed based on the results of the study served to improve the teaching technology and indicators for assessing the results of the development of grammatical competence of the English language among students of grades 9-11 of secondary schools of the country.
Bukhara region, 2-37 secondary schools of Bukhara district, Ferghana region, 27th secondary school of Rishtan district, 22nd secondary school of Bostan district, Namangan region, Chartak district 53-DIUM, Mingbulak district 4-15 secondary schools were selected as pilot sites. Experimental work was carried out in these educational institutions during the 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 academic years.
