Abstract

This article highlights the joint activities of the internal affairs bodies and other law enforcement agencies in the fight against crimes related to drug smuggling, problems in this direction and measures that need to be taken to prevent these types of crimes. Statistical data on crimes related to drug smuggling, the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, foreign countries and international legislation are analyzed. As a result of the analysis, a number of proposals and recommendations were developed to combat crimes related to drug smuggling.
