The article analyzes the diplomatic relations of Amir Temur, as well as the art of his international negotiations with the states of Western Europe. And also disclosed some methods of Amir Temur's foreign policy were distinguished by high culture, attention to words and etiquette, and he corresponded with the rulers of many countries, including China and European states. A characteristic feature of these messages was that they took into account not only the peculiarities of the country, but also the character of its ruler.
