Abstract

This article focuses on the procedure and legal framework for ensuring environmental safety in construction industry, and also offers reasonable proposals on problems in legislation related to this area. Legal definitions of environmental terms that exist in the rules relating to construction industry is expressed. Special emphasis was also placed on the importance of ensuring environmental safety, environmental damage and its consequences during construction work. In particular, it is scientifically and theoretically analyzed that globalization of urbanization processes as a result of population growth and infrastructure changes has an impact on environmental legislation. Legal problems that may arise in the field are predicted, and hypotheses are put forward that can be eliminated. In conclusion, some requirements for ensuring environmental safety during the construction stages are listed.
