In this article, a special emphasis is placed on constitutional reforms, which are considered as the fundamental direction of state reforms based on the specific aspects of the order and security system formed in the modern world. At this point, a detailed explanation has been given of the idea of creating a legal space that has acquired social significance for sustainable development and combating various threats.
