Abstract

In this article, the most important priority directions in the field of enforcement, increasing the effectiveness of the execution of court documents and documents of other bodies in order to strengthen the authority and effectiveness of the judiciary, optimizing the structure and powers of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement under the General Prosecutor’s Office, and fundamentally revising its working methods were analyzed. The legal basis of the prosecutor’s control over the observance of the laws in the execution of legal documents and documents of other bodies, the main tasks and directions of the prosecutor’s control in this field were also considered, and certain shortcomings and problems were analyzed
