The study is devoted to the development of motor qualities of high school students through the effective use of non-traditional folk outdoor games during the lesson. The problems of physical education of junior schoolchildren at the present stage of the Republic of Uzbekistan are considered. The issues of developing new approaches related to the form of the lesson, which allows improving the solution of the problems of physical education at school through differentiated programming of the development of motor qualities of high school students are considered. The positive effect of the developed method is determined.
