Abstract

This article covers the important role of legal responsibility of the judges in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the essence role of legal responsibility, on which level the mechanism of bringing disciplinary responsibility of the judges was established in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the different and similar aspects of the disciplinary responsibility of the judges from other types of legal responsibilities, the basics, composition, and signs of the disciplinary responsibility of the judges. The opinions of Uzbekistan and foreign scientists on bringing judges to the disciplinary responsibility were analyzed by the author and entered into a scientific discussion. Especially, scientific and theoretical conclusions were analyzed regarding the problems of bringing the judges to disciplinary responsibility in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
