Abstract

This article describes the history of the World Trade Organization, and the procedure for becoming a member of the organization. The member countries' foreign trade and several macroeconomic indicators are analyzed. Prospects and positive consequences of our country's membership in the World Trade Organization are considered. An analysis of the customs definition policy and conclusions and suggestions are given.
