Abstract

This article discusses the issues and some scientific and theoretical foundations of the social responsibility of transnational corporations as a form of international legal responsibility. The author analyzed and took part in the scientific discussion of international documents relating to the social responsibility of transnational corporations for human rights violations. In particular, the problems of establishing specific obligations in international law for corporations and their further improvement in the field of human rights protection are studied in detail, and proposals based on scientific findings are put forward.
