Abstract

Today it is impossible to find a single sphere of human activity that is not related to physical activity since physical culture and sport are universally recognized material and spiritual values of society as a whole and each person. In the harmonious development of physical and intellectual resources of young people, one of the most important tasks is, in particular, the widespread use of the possibilities of the basics of physical culture, physical education, and physical development. This article provides a scientific analysis of the importance of physical culture and physical education in the education system. It is revealed that physical culture and physical education are important tools in the manifestation of the scientific potential of young people.
