Abstract

In this article, the movement of cotton on the conical mesh surfaces of the separator for use in primary cotton processing enterprises is studied and analyzed. The conducted research, as well as the new designs created, make it possible to increase the efficiency of the process of separating cotton from the airflow. The main goal was to increase production efficiency by improving the quality of products of economic importance, increasing the efficiency of separating seed cotton from the airflow and eliminating the existing shortcomings of separators used at the cotton mill.
