Abstract

In a higher educational institution, the main means of achieving the goal is to develop the ability of students to work independently and receive continuous education. Higher education is becoming a key factor in shaping the ability of a future teacher to receive continuous professional education and achieve goals in professional activity. This article notes that this approach has significant advantages in the process of attracting highly qualified specialists to the phased training.
