Abstract

Non-contractual obligations in social networks are a modern and complex phenomenon that necessitates careful study and legal regulation. Given the revolutionary changes taking place in the field of Internet interactions, this article focuses on the characteristics, classification, features and mechanisms of non-contractual obligations in social networks. Particular attention is paid to the legal consequences of violation of such obligations, as well as the prospects for their regulation in civil law. The article justifies the need for further research on this phenomenon, given the continuous impact of new technologies and the vast global spread of social networks.
