Abstract

In this article, comments on the current state of investigation of unsolved crimes in the past years are presented, and within the scope of the topic, criminal cases and their problems in investigative practice are analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations were developed for careful planning of the investigation of unsolved crimes in the past years, elimination of errors and shortcomings in the conduct of investigation, and other procedural actions.
