Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical aspects of the patriotic education of students, which reveals the essential characteristics of the concept of "patriotism" and "patriotic education", and reveals the range of views on this phenomenon. Patriotism is considered as an integrative quality of the personality, including patriotic consciousness, patriotic orientation of the personality, and patriotic behavior.
