Abstract

Currently, the need for emotional communication skills such as empathy and effective communication with patients and their family members is increasing. These skills are essential to providing high-quality care and meeting patient needs. Today, emotional-communicative competence is an important component of education and training in many fields, such as medicine, psychology, business, and education. Many scientific studies have been developed that confirm the importance of emotional-communicative competence for the development of successful work and personal well-being, as well as methods of its development and training.
