Abstract

This article highlights the issues of the application of the statute of limitations in the legislation of foreign states, one of the institutions of civil law. In particular, a statement of the norms of the legislation of foreign states of the concept of the statute of limitations, the content, and the provisions on its suspension, interruption and extension of the statute of limitations is provided.
