Abstract

This article analyzes the concept of disciplinary punishment, the legal basis of disciplinary action against lawyers in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the types of disciplinary punishment, and the problems that exist in the issue of disciplinary action against lawyers. The article analyzes the relevant legislation of several foreign countries, including the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, and the Republic of  Lithuania on the disciplinary action of lawyers. Also, based on the analysis of the legislation of foreign countries, suggestions and recommendations were made to our national legislation.
