This article explores one of the important factors directly affecting the development of the securities market in our country and the wide involvement of investments in joint-stock companies, the urgent problems of improving national corporate relations and legislation aimed at protecting the rights and interests of minority shareholders.
Also, in joint-stock companies, legal mechanisms and forms of protection of the rights of minority shareholders are analyzed, and proposals are outlined for improving legal norms aimed at protecting the rights of minor shareholders with an assessment of the activities of specially authorized bodies in the activities of the corporation.
