Currently, securities are one of the most convenient financial instruments. Securities as an object of civil rights contribute to the development of the country's economy by developing commodity-money relations. Currently, the transition of the economy to a market economy and formation of the securities market, the restoration of types of securities and the creation of new types are of great importance. In turn, the study of all the opportunities that the securities market provides has also given rise to the need to analyze modern methods and means of attracting capital to this market.
