Abstract

The article discusses the constitutional and legal foundations of the Constitutional Supervision Committee of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the procedure for organizing its powers and activities, authorized bodies that have the right to submit issues for consideration to the committee, as well as the procedure for electing members of the Committee.
