The article reveals the importance of effectively solving the problems of raising the spirituality of youth in the mahalla with the help of scientific literature and articles in periodicals. Also, increasing the role of citizens' self-governance bodies in effectively solving issues related to the youth's spirituality, issues of citizens' meetings representing the interests of the youth were considered and analyzed.
