Abstract

This article analyzes the criteria for the selection and cultivation of the governing body, that is, the growing need for a leader youth, in the various system of life of society. Also, feedback is carried out on the phenomenon of the leader, the process of development of the science of social management, experiments on the formation of the professional characteristics of the leader in developed countries.
