This article examines the importance of improving the teaching skills of physical education teachers and the ways to achieve this improvement. The study examines the impact of professional development on these skills and analyzes its results. The article provides practical recommendations for teachers, school administrators, and policymakers to develop effective physical education pedagogies that ultimately lead to improved student engagement and learning outcomes.
