The highlights the crucial role of constitutional social guarantees in ensuring social stability and economic development in Uzbekistan. The author thoroughly analyzes the norms related to the right to work, social security, health care, and education, emphasizing their significance in the context of recent reforms. Special attention is given to measures aimed at reducing poverty levels and improving the population's living conditions, including collaboration with international organizations and the implementation of new social initiatives. The article also examines the latest amendments to the Constitution, which expand the range of social rights and responsibilities of citizens.
