The article discusses the concept of normative contracts, its signs and characteristics, expertise, as well as its importance in regulating social relations, as well as opinions on interstate normative contracts, intergovernmental normative contracts, and interdepartmental normative contracts. In addition, examples from the current legislation were given and issues were analyzed.
