Policy for implementation of the Russian development model and its results

Any means and methods of implementing the national development model will be convenient when the ideas identified for its implementation are close to the people. This article provides a political and philosophical analysis of the situation with the development of the Russian national development model "Concept of long-term socio-economic development of the Russian Federation until 2020." Although this concept is a unified document for the whole of Russia, the process of implementing its structural priorities was based on independent approaches of the sectors and federal territories, that is, each sector and region went on to develop its own strategies for the goals set in the concept. This article analyzes the strategies for implementing the national development model in Russia on a sectoral and regional basis, their composition and effectiveness, as well as Russia's policy on the implementation of the above-mentioned regional strategies.
